Northwest of Meigu Lake, three islands arranged in a triangular formation mark the domain of the Blackwater Crew.
In days past, those making a living amidst the wind and waves could often find a place of refuge here.
I. Fishing
- First Blackwater Crew Member
Boss said—anyone who returns empty-handed gets tossed into the river to feed the snapping turtles!
- Second Blackwater Crew Member
Heh, easy! Once I start, every fish in this river ends up skewered on my spear!
- First Blackwater Crew Member
Hey, you sit this one out! Let me show you how it's done! I'll catch a couple fish for the boys' drinks!
- Third Blackwater Crew Member
Hold on you two! I've trained in the art of "sensing fish in water", all for today's contest!
- Fourth Blackwater Crew Member
Not so fast! My net’s sinking deep today… I caught something big!
- Fourth Blackwater Crew Member
Heave—! Hahaha! A river king! Looks like the boss's best wine is mine tonight!
II. You Loong, the Crew Leader
- Defiant Blackwater Members
Pah! They come to our docks throwing their weight around, calling our boys 'water monkeys'? I'll turn 'em into real water ghosts!
- Frightened Blackwater Members
No, no! That ship's backed by the merchant guild boss's brother-in-law. We can't afford to cross him!
- Blackwater Crew in Hiding
Damn! This has to be my enemies stirring things up! I-I'll handle it myself! I won't drag the crew into this!
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
That's enough! Boys—hear me out!
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
It was fate that brought us all together here in the Blackwater Crew!
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
We've been through blood and steel together! And now we're supposed to let a few blind fools humiliate our own brothers on our turf?
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
I won't stomach such disgrace! And neither will the Blackwater Crew!
- Crew Members
Yeah! Not a Chance! The Boss is a man of honor!
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
Haha! Today they'll learn the Blackwater Crew's rules! Brothers, grab your weapons—into the river!
- Crew Members
Yes boss!
III. Voluntary Transcension
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
You've all heard it by now... Maskwalkers are running loose. Our old friends are either dead or wounded. What a damn disgrace!
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
Even the Pillars of Kunlun, such towering heroes, have fallen...
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
Even our Meigu lands haven't known a moment's peace lately...
- First Blackwater Crew Member
Boss! We've been thinking!
- First Blackwater Crew Member
We men of the Blackwater Crew can swim and hold our breath better than anyone—maybe we can suppress that twisted power!
- Third Blackwater Crew Member
And if we handle it right it could even work to our advantage underwater!
- Crew Members
Yes! Exactly! Well said! Yes...
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
Good! No cowards in the Blackwater Crew! We'll undergo Transcension, and we won't stop until every Maskwalker is dead!
- Crew Members
We follow the boss! No rest till the Maskwalkers are destroyed!
IV. Fishing on Dry Land
- First Blackwater Crew Member
Hahaha! This Transcension is incredible! I feel unstoppable!
- Second Blackwater Crew Member
Fish... fish isn't enough... I need bigger prey!
- Fourth Blackwater Crew Member
Hehehe... your flesh... smells so sweet...
- Xiao Jiang
Sister... I-I'm scared...
- Er Ya
Wait, w-wake up... it's us... Erya and Xiao Jiang...
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
Run... run!
- Er Ya
Y-your head... what happened to you...?
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
The Blackwater crew... died long ago... all that's left... is...
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader
Argh... AHHHHHHHHHH!
About You Loong
You Loong, the Frenzied Blackwater Crew Leader
发狂的水行帮主：游龙
On an island in northern Meigu Lake, Soul encounters You Loong again. Drawn here by instinct, he wields the Blackwater Crew’s treasured Loong Trident, while Sha-Chi rises from his damaged Loong Helm. His once-disciplined techniques are now wild and vicious, driven by bloodlust. Even the surging waves seem bent on slaughter.
He was once a reckless youth, a bold leader who gathered heroes and fought to defend the Mandate against the Maskwalkers. Now Sha-Chi has consumed him. He clings to his last shred of clarity only to return here.
But the Blackwater Crew’s headquarters is no longer what it was. His fellow crew members have become fish-headed monsters, turning on the village they once swore to protect. The villagers who once brought them food and drink have either fled or been devoured.
He still remembers his duty as their leader. But there is no one left to protect.
