Too many eyes could only track the iron ball as it came whistling down, failing to notice the cunning little monster perched upon its shoulder.
I. Scrawny Leg
- Composed Cavalryman
Charging in blindly will only get you torn in two!
- Composed Cavalryman
That beast is strong as hell... but one leg's weak!
- Composed Cavalryman
Strike that leg and you'll throw it off balance, slow the damn thing down!
- Impulsive Cavalryman
Alright! Let's do it!
- Composed Cavalryman
Wait! Fourth Brother! Watch out for the little one—
- The Saw
Heh heh heh... ka-ka-ka-ka...
II. Infighting
- Ye Han, Tianshan Twin Swords
Junior Sister, did you see that?
- Ye Han, Tianshan Twin Swords
The big one's all brute force, but slow-witted. The small one's weak, but vicious... They're not one creature!
- Ye Han, Tianshan Twin Swords
When the big one slows down, the smaller one drives its saw into it without hesitation!
- Li Qiu, Tianshan Twin Swords
Right! Senior Brother, watch me turn them against each other!
- Li Qiu, Tianshan Twin Swords
Hey! You brainless lump of meat! Look at that flea crawling all over you!
- Li Qiu, Tianshan Twin Swords
It thinks you're a big, dumb pig who can't even land a hit!
- Ye Han, Tianshan Twin Swords
Heh, and you! Little runt! Pretty brave hiding behind that big brute, aren't you?
- Ye Han, Tianshan Twin Swords
Without that brute, what can you really do?
- The Saw
Heh heh… ka-ka-ka… I had a job to do… I was even considering sparing you…
- The Saw
But that woman... I want her head in my collection!!
- The Crusher
...Head... head...
- Ye Han, Tianshan Twin Swords
Junior Sister! Watch out!
III. Mastermind
- Third Senior Brother
Junior Sister, hide! Quickly!
- Eldest Senior Brother
Don't worry. We'll bring that monster down!
- Second Senior Brother
Something's wrong! How is it seeing through our attacks?!
- Junior Sister
Senior Brothers... I see it... I understand now...
- Junior Sister
It's the little one... It's directing the big one to dodge your attacks...
- Junior Sister
And that saw it's holding... it's cutting into the big one, making it even more violent...
- Junior Sister
Senior Brothers... please... don't die... come back... don't leave me here alone...
The Crusher's forms

First form
The Crusher and the Saw
力者和锯者
Cold iron chains bind the Crusher’s feet, while a massive hammer is chained to his hand. One arm and leg are thick with muscle, while the other pair are withered and frail. Born with this uneven body and stubborn by nature, he trained only his stronger side, becoming more fearsome with each passing year.
Most who see him are too intimidated to notice the faceless creature perched on his shoulders.
That creature is the Saw. Riding on the Crusher’s neck, he repeatedly cuts into his flesh with a bone saw, using the pain to drive him into a frenzy and send him charging at his enemies without restraint.
All the while, the Saw’s shrill, manic laughter rings out, chilling anyone who hears it before the fight even begins. The Crusher, however, only grows more ferocious with every laugh.

Second form
The Crusher, Earthshattering Form
力者:石破天惊之态
Only after the Saw is knocked off does the truth become clear: The Crusher has no head. The sinews and blood vessels in his neck coil like the rings of an old tree, while the flesh writhes as if searching for the head he lost long ago.
Without the Saw controlling him, the Crusher only grows more savage. Sha-Chi boils through his body, his skin burns red, and black smoke rises from his flesh. Freed from the Saw, he seems to have broken free of a shackle.
He unleashes years of pain and rage, never noticing that the hood hiding his severed neck has fallen away. He has even forgotten that he is headless. Perhaps as long as he does not realize it, he will never fall.
When Soul finally defeats him, his body crashes onto the ice and his empty neck stares back from the reflection below. A piercing cold suddenly fills him. He has not felt cold in years, having spent all this time in a haze.
So even without a head, one can still live? The thought comes to him only at the very end. Death follows before he can wonder any further.
